The foundry mainly produces stainless steel, carbon steel, and bronze castings with investment casting process. Monthly production capacity can reach 200 tons.

Certificate: ISO9001, IATF 16949, PED-CE(European Union) and AD-2000(Germany).

The material mainly: AISI304, AISI316, AISI316L and AISI420

We use spectrograph to make sure the material up to standard.

Our investment casting foundry is a leading manufacturer of investment castings in materials of stainless steel and carbon steel with over twenty years experience. It has developed quickly over the past years, continuously expanding the plant area, investing in new and modern equipments, increasing production capacity. Now it covers 30,0000 square meters in construction area and has more than 400 employees. The annual production can reach 1800 tons. Most of the castings are exported to overseas markets.

Precision machining can also be done inhouse, machining workshop covers 3306 square meters, and is equipped with more than 20 sets MC, more than 30 set CNC.

Surface treatment: mirror polishing, dull polishing, electrolytic polishing, vibrated-polishing
